Vergenoegd Löw Range - Chenin Blanc Brut (NV)

A pale gold colour in the glass, this Cap Classique has a finely beaded, vigorous mousse. Initial notes of green pear and Granny Smith apple on the nose are underpinned by a tang of citrus and yeast characters. On the palate, this sparkling wine is creamy and fresh
with biscotti prevailing right to the crisp finish. Serve well chilled.
