Timepiece Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

The inaugural vintage of the Timepiece Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the transparency of fruit associated with mature vines. This wine is rich and intense, with brooding flavours of malted dark chocolate, salted black liquorice and blueberries. A hint of mint adds freshness and nuance to the glossy tannis. The wine finishes dry with an extremely long luscious character which ends with a refreshing savouriness.
